Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team to help us provide technical support for our cutting-edge Neurolutions IpsiHand device. This role involves providing support to our customers (stroke survivors) and their caregivers as well as working collaboratively with the internal Neurolutions teams 

Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar with the IpsiHand system and customer issues that are common with it
  • Provide seamless and convenient device support to customers using our IpsiHand System
  • Interact with customers  in a professional, supportive, and patient manner
  • Help customers with basic tech support issues. Escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide effective communication of plan if tech support requires escalation. 
  • Provide ongoing customer support communication on all escalated issues.  

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a medical device that includes both hardware and software components
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn new skill sets and execute seamlessly
  • Experience working with a web interface to access information from a database
